My husband and I started looking for homes about a year ago. As anyone who has bought a home before knows how stressful it can be. We were introduced to Lori and couldn’t have made a better decision. Lori responded instantly if we wanted to see a home and got us in to see them right away. She always made herself available for any questions we had and was a great asset helping us navigate through the process. We would recommend using Lori, and would definitely use her again as a realtor.

I contacted Lori about seeing one of her listings in Albany while looking to relocate, and decided to work with her to view additional properties in her region. I highly recommend her as an agent. Over the past 25 years I have purchased and sold several homes, and Lori is both one of the most comfortable and thorough agents I have worked with. She took the time to understand my budget, learn what I am looking for in my next home, and ask what is important to me in a neighborhood. She was contentious about making sure I understood various aspects of agreements and how things have changed since my last home buying experience, and careful to make sure not to encroach on my privacy as we discussed my situation. I really feel that Lori understood my perspective and concerns as a buyer, and I appreciate that she is knowledgeable, organized, communicative and trustworthy.
